For this Wolverine figure I wanted to be different from the others I've made.  I wanted this figure to be 100% playable, which meet very little paint.  I choose the body of Guile from Street Fighter.  This not only gave me the articulation I wanted but the outfit as well.  I'd never seen a Logan figure created in a military outfit and so thought this was perfect chance.  I carefully  painted on his arm and chest hair, making sure that is looked real and not just random lines.  Using thin strip of plastic styrene, I was able to create his claws.  I just hate the flimsy claws you get from the mass market figures!  Of course, my claws wouldn't pass that "child safety"  regulation.  Which I feel stops the whole "thinning the herd" movement!
