Using the body of the Sea Captain and Homer's head, I was able to make Dr.Who Homer. I need to Dremel down the Sea captain's shirt and then with my Milliput putty sculpted his pant legs, hair and shirt. A piece of cloth, cut long, then painted, was all I need for his scarf. I used the same hat for Indy Homer and he was done!
