Val Kilmer from Tombstone was a fun figure to make, and not really all that hard. I used Revolver Olcelot from the Metal Gear toy line. I started by giving him a quick hair cut then rescuplting his hair and new mustache and eyebrows. The rest was mainly repainting the base figure to match his outfit from the movie. I made sure to put extra detail into his vest so it really stood out from what the original figure was wearing. I had to sculpt his hat from scratch and make sure it fit nicely on his head.
