Starfire was made from the Batgirl figure from the Batman Animated toy line. I started off by carefully removing her cape with my trusty X-Acto knife. I then used my Magic Sculpt putty to sculpt her long hair and skimpy outfit. I also used the putty of cover her mask and make her face smooth.
