Spirit was made by using a new 12" GI Joe figure. I had to shop around for the right parts so he could be dressed in his classic 80's outfit. I bought real leather fringes and glued them onto his pants and boots. Using a basic red ballpoint pen I drew his ranking and insignia on his shirt. Some beads and wire were used for his Native American necklace.
