Scarface was made from the Agent Smith figure from the Matrix Mcfarlane toy line. I started by removing the base figure's sunglasses with my hobby knife. This had to be done very carefully as to not damage the surrounding area of the face. I then have to sculpt the eyes in the sunglasses place. I removed the base figures arms and replaced them in their new position. Magic Sulpt putty was need to make the wrinkles in his sleeves look more natural. Agent Smith's hands needed to be replace so he could be holding his weapon. My Dremel made quick work of his shirt and tie. Some more Magic Sculpt was used for his shirt collar, handkerchief and hair. I thought that Scarface would make a perfect "Movie Maniac", so I found an image of the poster on line and fit it into the classic skull frame.
