I created STARS Homer, not from a Homer figure, but a Krusty the Clown figure.  I chose Krusty as the base because of his great facial expression, as since Homer and Krusty look alike, the transformation was easy.  I sculpted his armor and used a vest from my "Box-O-Parts" to complete his outfit.  Zombie Burns, was just plan fun to create!  I used my Dremel to carve away his body and create deep claw and bite marks.  I then sculpted his brains and bones coming out from his wounds.
