This version of The Red Skull was created using Lobster Johnson from Mezco's Hellboy line.  Since the base figure all ready had on the Nazi styled outfit, all I really needed to do was his head.  I started off by Dremeling  the details away from the original head, then with putty, I sculpted the skull.
