Obi-Wan (as seen the the animated Clone Wars series) was created using the Clone Trooper from the Unleashed line and the head and Lightsaber from Episode 3 Kenobi. 

I started off my gluing Obi-Wan's head on the Trooper body and sculpting his collar with Magic Sculpt Putty.  Then with my hobby knife, I cut off and repositioned his right forearm and hand, allowing Ben to perform his "Jedi Control" move.  I created the handle of his Lightsaber with a piece of plastic styrene tube, then inserted the saber blade into the top.  His Jedi robe was created using various capes from my "Box-O-Parts".  After a detailed airbrush paint job, General Kenobi was ready to fight among side his Clone Trooper Army.... that is, until order 66!
