Lex Luthor was created using a figure from McFarlane's Hockey line, a coach, I believe.  This was the ideal figure because of his suit and pose.  I did need to reposition his arms and replace his hands, so I could have him hold his wine glass and newspaper.  Magic Sculpt putty was used to sculpt his face and jacket,  so his new arm position would flow correctly.  I created his newspaper in Photoshop and his wine glass was from a kiddie Playmoblie set.  I then finished him off by placing him on an Art Deco style based.
