Kit Fisto Unleashed was another one of those ideas that seemed like an easy custom as first, then got tougher as I went along.  The body was Obi Wan's (His head was recently used for Ben in Trooper armor figure), his head was from my Box-O-Parts.  I believe it was Conan's noggin from the McFarlane line.  I started off by removing his right arm, cutting it at the elbow and repositioning it outward.  This would give Kit the defensive pose I wanted.  His head tentacles were the hardest part of this figure.  I started off by drilling small wholes into his head.  I then inserted evenly cut wire into the wholes and bent them into shape.  With some Magic Sculpt putty I sculpted his tentacles over the wire armature.
