Homer as The Juggernaut was made from the Homer figure in the KB Toy's Bongo gift set. The tough part about the creation of this character was getting a helmet that fit. The best solution turned out to be half of a plastic gumball bubble. I had to carefully Dremel out the eye and mouth holes, trying not to crack the thin plastic. The rest was just puttying over the existing detail. Painting his yellow skin over the original green required me to paint the whole figure white. This gave me a light surface on which to paint the yellow.
