I think by this point in time, I've made just as many Joker custom figures as I have Batman!  Finding base figures to use for the Clown Prince of Crime seems to be easier then ever.  Finding a figure with a tux used to be hard.  For this version I used "Jack the Ripper" from Mezco.  The base figure was 7 1/2" tall and was made of soft vinyl.  This made it very easy to disassemble and paint.   Since Jack already had the detail I needed, IE: tux, vest, evil smile, no sculpting was done.
