Isn't he just the cutest widdle thing!!! With his widdle bow and cute purple outfit.  Hawkeye created out of Captain America from the Spider-Man & Friends line from Toy Biz. I started off by carving off Cap's little wings and sculpted over his star and stripes.  I used Magic Sculpt putty for his mask and belt pockets. Colored foam, cut into shape, was used for his skirt.
