Bart as Harry Potter was created using the Sunday Best Bart figure.  This was the ideal figure because of his collar shirt and tie.  Sculpting his vest, pants and robe was all I needed to transform him into the famous child wizard.  For a little extra detail I also sculpted his scar, instead of just painting it on.   The owl is from an actual Harry Potter figure and his glasses were once Ned Flander's.
