Deadpool was created using Commando Spawn from McFarlane.  The base figure, with his weapon arsenal, was ideal for the mercenary Deadpool.  I started off my removing all his weapons and belts.  Basically, anything that could be removed, was.  I then painted the figure red, then airbrushed a darker, deeper red over that.  The black pattern in his outfit was hand painted.
