Cyborg Superman was a tough figure to make. One I would not recommend making unless you are real good with an X-acto knife. I started with the new JLA Superman. I began by cutting off his arm, head and leg at mid thigh. For the Cyborg parts I bought a Terminator action figure and cut it apart. I also want through my "parts" box for anything I thought might work as "mechanical". I then went to work with my X-acto knife. I very carefully cut Superman's head in half, then into quarters. This allowed me to have a clean cut of the upper left side I needed. I then cut out the upper left of the robot head and glued them together. For his chest, I found scrap parts that I glued onto the figure, that after they were painted silver, looked complete. I used a light wash of black paint over the silver to give the figure depth.
