Cyborg from the Teen Titan's was made from an Animated Batman figure. I'm really sure which one. One of the figures that's in a dumb, "un-Batman" like outfit. The head was from the new JLA Green Lantern figure. Putty was used for Cyborg face, the rest was just a matter of painting what I wanted to be metal and what I wanted to be skin.
