The Changeling was made from the Nightwing figure from the Animated Batman toy line. Cutting his long hair and carving off his mask was really all that was needed. I did need to use a tiny amount of putty on his face to get it smooth. Removing his mask left it a bit rough. I then sprayed the whole figure white. This made it much easier to paint on the red of his outfit and his green face.
