This sexy version of Catwoman marks the second time I've used an anime figure to create an DC character.  (the first being Harley Quinn, check her out!).  For this custom, I choose a figure from Cowboy Beepbop.  The base figure was the perfect choice based her tight black outfit and seductive pose.  I customize her head by removing all but the bottom half of her hair to sculpt her cowl.  I then airbrushed purple highlights on her outfit.  After digging around my "Box-O-Accessories" for a base, some jewels, stacks of cash and her trademark bullwhip, Catwoman was complete.
