Cable was created using an Alex Ross style DC figure.  Some light carving was needed to remove unwanted detailed and Magic Sculpt putty was used to create his chest holster and hair. I placed him on a base that was design to rotate by a wheel mechanism in the back.  In order to secure the figure to the base, I needed to drill holes throw the tops of the feet into the base.  Gluing metal rods into his feet and the base allowed the figure to stand with little movement.  I then sculpted over the holes and repainted his feet.
