Bart Powers was a fun figure to create, which leads me to wonder why I hadn't made him before. It wasn't until my cousin requested Bart, that I finally got to make him. I used Sunday Best Bart as my base and Magic Sculpt putty for his shirt collar, sleeve ruffles and pants. I used the sunglasses that came with the Casual Homer figure and very carefully cut out the centers. For extra detail I used a real gold chain for Bart's necklace.
