I just can't seem to stop making Joker figures. (that and Indy figures) I guess that is because there are so many figures that can be translated so well into this great character.

This time around I went with the Hannibal Lector figure for the body, and a classic Joker for his head. I custom made the base to resemble that of a psycho ward. Scanned in some old style playing cards and splattered the grow with some blood. I added a real chain for some extra detail.
