You must be looking at this figure thinking, "What an odd character choice for Cyclops".  And you would be right.  Why did I go with Apu as the leader of the X-Men?  Well, quite simply I had this figure left over from the Bongo three pack (after using Homer and Edna for the Thing & Storm) and the only character I could think to make was Cyclops.  I guess what really made me choose that X-men was the position of Apu's arms and hands.  They lent themselves well to Cyclop's Optic Blast.

I started the figure by Dremeling off all the unwanted detail, then with some Magic Sculpt putty, sculpted on Cyclop's outfit.
