Angel was created using an Alex Ross style DC figure.  Some light carving was needed to remove unwanted detailed and Magic Sculpt putty was used to create his mask and hair. His wings were taken from a Hawkgirl figure and glued into his back with added putty for support.  I airbrushed the white areas of his outfit with a light blue to help shadow and add detail.  Gold metallic foil tape was used for his halo emblem.
